½ cup cornflour ½ cup cake flour ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup barley flour ½ cup rice flour 1 cup biltong (beef jerky) ½ mutton stock cube ¾ cup omega 3 flax oil ½ cup sugar 2 XL eggs 80g butter 3 crushed B complex vitamin tablets pinch salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Work all ingredients together well until the dough is soft and smooth. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface until 3mm thick. Cut out bone shapes with a cookie cutter. Place baking parchment on a baking tray and place the bones out in neat lines to bake.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180ºC, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before storing in a tin. Makes ± 80 biscuits (with a small cookie cutter).
