Just pure vegan ingredients to moisturise and protect sensitive, delicate skin, for babies of all ages - top to bottom, cheeks to cheeks. Natraloe Baby Bubble Bath Hi guys! As I use my products that I ordered online from Faithful-to-Nature I'll be reviewing them for you. Today I'd like to tell you about Naturaloe baby bubble bath. I bought this for me, not for a baby (lol), as I wanted to try a natural bubble bath, one that won't leave my skin feeling dry and agitated. So I went with the least expensive option - and wow am I glad I got it! First off the scent is fantastic! Smells very orange blossomy (such a happy smell). Faithful-to-Nature only stock natural, organic, earth friendly / people friendly products - the kind that is safe for us and our environment, so using this kind of bubble bath appeases my inner organic freak. I couldn't wait to try it and had a bubble bath as soon as it was time (we have water restrictions so we can only use water after 6 p.m.). I squeezed such a tiny amount into my bath (it's much thicker than normal bubble bath, which pours out like water) - and I half expected it to be an inferior product where I'd have to use half the bottle to have a bubble bath. Guess what, just more than a teaspoon of bubble bath gel made a bath FULL of bubbles. I gave it some help too, but was supremely satisfied with the result. It foamed beautifully, smelled fantastic, and only has these 4 ingredients: Glycerine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lavendula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil. Usually a bath dries my skin out, this didn't. In fact it seemed to make the water feel softer. Alas if you use an oil it will make the bubbles disappear (but that happens with normal bubble bath too). I had coconut oil in my hair and as soon as I washed my hair the bubbles vanished. But I like this stuff SO much that I decided to experiment with it. I used it as a shampoo and it works fantastically! It is just like normal shampoo, just better! And I've now put some in a hand dispenser to wash hands with at the basin too. Seriously, this product is addictive and a little REALLY goes a long way. As part of my daily gratitude, finding this product will make me grateful every time I use it. It's so versatile, and makes me so happy knowing I can have my bubble bath fix without worrying about what kind of chemicals I'm soaking my body in or flushing away into the water system. I went to Wikipedia to research the cocamidopropyl for you (made from coconuts), so here I'm copying and pasting: Cocamidopropyl betaine is used as a foam booster in shampoos.[2] It is a medium strength surfactant also used in bath products like hand soaps. It is also used in cosmetics as an emulsifying agent and thickener, and to reduce irritation purely ionic surfactants would cause. It also serves as an antistatic agent in hair conditioners. which most often does not irritate skin or mucous membranes. However, some studies indicate it is an allergen.[3][4][5] It also has antiseptic properties, making it suitable for personal sanitary products. It is compatible with other cationic, anionic, and nonionic surfactants. CAPB is obtained as an aqueous solution in concentrations of about 30%. Glycerine is a simple sugar alcohol compound made from plant oils - and is 100% non-toxic. I then went to research CAPB (cocamidopropyl betaine) myself (using medical & scientific journals), and can quote this for you: The vast majority of positive reactions to CAPB are presumably false positive. Allergic reactions are very rare. This would support the notion of CAPB being ‘not a significant skin sensitizer’, in line with current classification systems. That is from the scientific paper: Is cocamidopropyl betaine a contact allergen? Analysis of network data and short review of the literature Overall I love this product and recommend it for your home too. Use it as a shampoo, handwash, and bubble bath - with my hard water it was magnificent! I tried using castile soap for handwash and it really doesn't work with my hard water (now glad I didn't buy the bulk version). Anyway, that's my product review for you. This ranks as a BEST BUY for this year! Highly recommended!
